 Old Business:

A check was received from St. Vivian s Friday Night Bridge Group for $50.00.

It was discussed which night would be best to hold FANS meetings. Third Monday of the month was agreed upon.  Jerry will look into where we will meet.

Randy Kent is getting estimates of costs for what materials are needed for play productions etc. and will proceed to follow through on getting grants started. Jim Meyer to check with Dan Besl in regards to the foundation that his family sponsors. Marybeth to contact Julifs Co., they donated money at one time.

New Business: 

Jerry read letter from Archdiocese regarding volunteer certificates, do parents that volunteer at plays, etc. required to take class. Jerry will check into it.

Jerry brought up the fact that we should have a membership chairperson. Jim Meyer agreed to take this on.

Sharon Meyer spoke of Wakin Up The Music , she will research and try to find out more info. 

After school art classes.  Art teacher does not seem to be interested. Ann Flick agreed to head up and inquire about getting art classes started as an extra curriculum after school.

Marybeth has concerns about students that don t make concert choir and should there be an alternative. Sharon will work with Marybeth on this to see if something couldn t be worked out.

Marybeth would like concert choir to be able to take a trip. Sharon also volunteered to help with this. They will make a list up of ideas, destinations interested in. 

Money received from concert choir students of $30.00 each, Nicole will keep a sub-ledger for concert choir. Reduced rates discussed for multiple children families. Everyone should be able to participate .

Michell Fry will coordinate volunteers for plays for Marybeth and Randy.

Plans coming along nicely for Halloween Dance.

By laws were change to reflect that dues to FANS will be $12.00 instead of $10.00.

Brenda will open account with St. Vivian to use copy machine.
