Minutes approved from last meeting.

President’s Report:

Jerry Meyer stated that Tom Bove was attending the Parish Council Meeting this evening and would make a motion to approve our group pending no objections from Temporal Affairs. Jerry Meyer to notify us when approved by e-mail.

Jerry Meyer also stated that Mary Beth Hoagland did a wonderful job with the Jr. High Concert on Sunday. Congratulations on a job well done.

New Business:

Maria Meyer investigated the "Share the Joy" Pepsi Program which supports music education in the schools. Mary Beth Hoagland to register on-line by November 30. Maria developed flyer to be distributed to all students at school that explains the program. Discussion regarding notifying the Sports Boosters to help with the labels from their Pepsi Products purchased. Also announce in church bulletin so the entire Parish can assist.

Nicole Price discussed the status of Music Programs. Donations and advertising are going extremely well. Nicole mentioned that if group was approved maybe that announcement could be made in the December 15 Jr. High Music Program.

Group discussion to review constitution and by-laws. Both documents were approved pending changes discussed. Part of the discussion was to change the name to FANS (Fine Arts Needs Support) when approved.

Due to the busy holiday schedule, there will not be a December meeting. All contact throughout the group will be done through e-mail on any updates.
