Old Business:

Money is still coming in for Concert Choir and FANS memberships.

Approximately $600.00 was raised from the Halloween Dance. It was a great success with hopes to continue it annually.

There are FANS T-Shirts still available with hopes to sell them at the Christmas programs.

Wakin' Up The Music survey is finally on line. Marybeth will fill out the survey. There is a grant available for $2,500.00.

New Business:

Randy Kent is going to print up FANS stationary. Brenda to send out thank you's to company advertisers that have put ads in programs.

Brenda will check to see about FANS having a mailbox slot in the faculty lounge.

Randy has put together an estimate for purchasing a sound system for the gym. Cost for labor and equipment is $16,429.60. A Crows Nest would be approximately $200.00. It was suggested that maybe Boosters would be willing to help with cost as the sound system would also benefit sporting events.

Randy requested $400.00 for an inter-com to help communicate during programs. Motion made and approved.

Tom Kraemer came to meeting to show samples of banners. He is being commissioned to make a banner for Concert Choir.

Jerry has sold $800.00 worth of ads for Christmas programs.

Motion made and approved to purchase two cash boxes.

Concert Choir is to sing at a Mighty Ducks game on the 23rd of March. Hoping to make it a St. Vivian night of fun.

Nicole working on the Father-Daughter dance to be held on Jan. 11th for grades 3-6.

Jerry proposed that we be thinking of short and long term goals for FANS.

Motion made and approved that it was unnecessary to hold a meeting in December.

Next meeting will be on the 21st of January.
