Mr. Hofbauer announced the Winter Concert Schedule:

Tuesday, December 7th - Kindergarten through 3rd Grade - PAC

Thursday, December 16th - Concert Choir, Strings and Advanced Strings - PAC

February 8th - 4th, 5th & 6th Grade Winter Concert scheduled - PAC

No mural news to report.

Fourth annual Winter Dance will be on February 4th, 2005. Molly Schumate suggested review of grades to be included for this event. Discussion ensued regarding ages of attendees and the need for some more ideas for age specific and appropriate games.

Eric Price advised and motioned using I.C.B to clean our lighting board. Theresa McGoron seconded the motion. He also recommended that we regular schedule cleaning and maintenance of these valuable pieces of audio and visual equipment.

Eric also recommended that we purchase the soundboard that we are borrowing for $1000.00 from Randy Kent.(estimated value: $3200.00) Sharon Meyer seconded the motion.

Eric Price reported the speakers are okay for the Christmas Concert. They will need some work after Christmas, including a circuit breaker.
