Checking account balance as of 11/17/03 : $12,715.53

Corresponding Secretary's Report:

Mike Royal was not in attendance.

Music Director's Report:

Parent volunteers are still needed for the Christmas in Egypt performance.

Theresa will send home bake sale volunteer forms this week.

Randy will start on the "Christmas in Egypt" sets beginning Dec. 1st after school.

Old/New Business:

The Halloween Dance had poor attendance, and so it will not be on the agenda for 2004.

It was suggested we rotate events each year to promote interest.

The Christmas Coffeehouse will be held on Dec. 14 from 7 - 10 pm. Starbuck's is providing the coffee, which will include lattes and 3 coffee flavorings. Angie is taking care of the centerpieces and Brenda will be in charge of door prizes. Set-up will begin at 3 pm on the day of the coffeehouse. The Free Spirits and Bridge Clubs will receive a personal invitation to this event. Anyone who would be willing to lend their festive mugs for this evening are asked to bring them to the cafeteria prior to 7 pm.

The spaghetti dinner will be held on Jan. 30th. Liz Wilking is in charge of this event.

We have decided to do away with the annual Karaoke night due to a lack of interest.
