Minutes approved from last meeting.

President’s Report:

Parish Council Status: Due to meeting dates for Temporal Affairs and Parish Council, Tom Bove to request motion for approval of our group so that we could hopefully be approved by December 1.

Karen Leeker has respectfully declined the offer extended to her to join our group due to other obligations. Jerry has recommended that Bill Rice join our group. Bill has extensive knowledge regarding fund raising. Bill could not attend tonight’s meeting due to a schedule conflict.

Due to the absence of Brenda Gallagher, the By-Laws and Constitution review has been rescheduled to Monday, November 20 at Jerry Meyer’s house.

New Business:

Nicole Price discussed the programs and advertising for the Christmas Musicals.

Randy Kent stated that volunteers are needed for the clean-up crew for the Christmas Musicals. Suzann Warden volunteered to head up the crew.

Sharon Meyer discussed a program that Pepsi is currently providing entitled, "Share the Joy of Music". This program supports Music Education. Jerry Meyer to contact Kevin Vance regarding this program.
