Music Director's Report:

Mary Beth will get together with Randy over Christmas break to discuss sets for "Fiddler...".

Amy Zust volunteered to chair the bake sale that will take place during the intermission of the K-5 Christmas program December 12th. There will not be an admission fee for the program, but donations will be accepted. Jerry Meyer will arrange for a Santa to be there to pass out candy canes to the children.

The Cubscouts have asked the Concert Choir to perform at their Christmas pack meeting December 19th. Due to the Choir's busy Christmas schedule, she did not commit to it. The Choir will perform for the Free Spirits on 12/2, at Northgate Mall on 12/9, and will participate in the Christmas program on 12/17.

Old Business:

Amy agreed to pick up the drinks, cups and bowls for the Friday Flicks on 11/15.

Laura Herbe will bring the snacks.

New Business:

Brenda Gallagher was not in attendance - her report was given via Mary Kent: The Coffee House will take place on 3/22/03 and will be an "adults only" event. It will feature Ange Birkhead-Flight, and other Christian-oriented performers. Specialty coffees, light snacks and desserts will be served.

We can have our initial stadium blanket order 2 weeks from the date they're ordered. The minimum number that can be ordered is 23. Brenda discussed the idea of sharing this fund-raiser with Boosters, and they were receptive to the idea. (It was later decided it would be a FANS ONLY endeavor. 50 blankets were ordered.)

There will be no Friday Flicks in December.

It is still uncertain whether or not FANS will be aiding the Boosters during the Crosstown Shootout 12/7 with a Friday Flicks for the event-goer's children. Darrin Roll has not responded to Mary's inquiries.
