Old/New Business:

Mr. Hofbauer would like to purchase some new instruments. He would like us to consider appropriating some money and will get some estimated costs for us to consider.

The Christmas Concert for grades K-3, Strings and Concert Choir is December 16th.

Choral Risers are due in early December.

Kim Neltner reports that Mrs. Margello and Mrs. Stephan, our art instructor, approved the Art Room Mural Project with positive feedback. Still has to be approved by building and grounds committee. There was further discussion of ideas for theme and media to be used on the mural. Theme ideas included seasons, individual family representations, and different impressions of St. Vivian School. Media ideas included all weather paint vs. painted and fired outdoor tiles. Project may also include window well walls in the cafeteria.

Friday Flicks to be held on Friday, October 29th. Remember your Halloween costumes. Food- usual snacks and Bug Juice. Movie selection made but not divulged. TOP SECRET! Call Mary if you can help. Jr. high volunteers are welcome.

Spaghetti Dinner scheduled to coincide with Catholic Schools Week, Feb. 4th, 2005.
