Old/New Business:

We still have not received the money from the P&G study. We are told that Patty Haden will try to find out who at P&G was in charge of the study, and do what she can to secure the money owed.

Sharon Meyer has volunteered to head the FANS Scholarship sub-committee. This sub-committee will determine the critetria for the creation and distribution of this award.

The annual FANS Fall Craft Show will be held on Saturday, September 18. Joan Gory will chair this event, as she has so successfully in the past. Volunteers will be needed to help set up on the Friday before, to help the crafters Saturday morning, and for clean-up after the show.

Randy will talk to Kathy Rothschild about the school pitching in to help us pay for the choral risers we desperately need. The ones we have now are unstable and several people have fallen off them. We would like to replace them before someone is really hurt. It was agreed that buying a safety rail for the top of the risers would be ideal. Randy will check into the added cost of the rail.
