Old/New Business:

Profits were marginal at our face painting booth at this year's festival, but that was due to almost constant rain the entire weekend, not the enthusiasm of our hardy volunteers! Anyone who is interested in chairing this booth at next year's festival should contact Mary.

We're still waiting for the plans for the crow's nest and hope to have an idea of the total cost of the project soon.

FANS received very generous donations from the following groups:

The ladies Friday night bridge club - $750

The couples bridge club - $60

We also received generous donations from Lois Eha and Janine Fairall.

The fall Craft Fair will be held on September 27, 2003. We will discuss it further at the August meeting.

Buying a bass drum is on "hold" until a good used one can be found. None are available at this time.

Mary nominated Jeanne Wolfe as a member-at-large. Amy second the motion.

Jeanne Wolfe volunteered to chair a "trash and treasure" booth at the fall craft fair as a fundraiser for FANS.
