Old/New Business:

The production of Music Man was a huge success. All of the hard work and hours of practice were evident in the wonderful performances of all involved.

The turnout for the God Squad performance was much smaller than anticipated. But the interaction between the junior high students and the performers during the Karaoke party was a priceless experience for all of them.

We need to check on the money from the P&G survey done to benefit the Disney trip.

It was decided that Sharon Meyer would be a good candidate to head up a subcommittee for developing the FANS scholarship criteria for the future. She will be approached about this sometime in the future.

A vote was taken which approved sponsorship for a booth at this year's festival and for this year's festival fireworks.

Nominees for next year's Board are as follows: Michelle Frey, Molly Shumate, Polly Lacker, Sharon Meyer, and Peggy Heis.

A vote was taken and motion approved to reimburse Randy for his speakers which have been installed in the activity center for the past 5 years in the amount of $1000.00.

Discussion of the choral risers has been moved to the June meeting due to the need for further information.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
