Treasurer's Report:

Checking account balance as of 3/16/04: $8259.52

Music Director's Report:

Mary will check into the "U dance/We dance" program to see if it is something FANS wants to sponsor. She will contact the Board via e-mail for a vote once the info is gathered.

Mrs. Margello asked Mary Beth for dates for next year's calendar asap so she can assure her those dates for future concerts, programs, rehearsals, etc.

Mary Beth informed the Board that there will be changes in how the Christmas programs are done next year. More info on these changes will be forthcoming.

MB has asked that FANS consider sponsoring a scholarship for Kathy Raffenberg to attend the Strings Teacher's Conference at Ohio State in July. A vote will be taken at the April meeting on this subject.

Old/New Business:

The 3rd annual winter dance was very well attended, and a profit was made.

The 2nd annual Spring Craft Fair will take place on April 3 in the Activity Center. Joan Gory reports that the only advertising that had to be done this year was for the show itself. She didn't have to advertise for Crafters. Patty Hadden will Chair the raffle for the gift baskets. Joan will supply tablecloths, cups, plates, etc. Volunteers are needed for clean up on Saturday after the Fair.

April 24th is the Jr. High Karaoke night featuring a performance by the God Squad. Mary Beth will take care of the permission slips for this event, which will give those in charge an idea of how many children will be attending. The Parish will be invited - and encouraged - to attend the God Squad performance. Mike Royal will be in charge of the Karaoke.

FANS has been asked to sponsor an early bird prize for this year's tuition raffle. A vote was taken and it was decided that FANS will donate 8 tickets to the school's performance of The Music Man.
