Old/New Business:

a) Volunteers are still needed for the Spring Craft Show on 4/16/05. Mary will recruit student volunteers for set-up on Friday evening, helping the crafters move in on Saturday morning, and for clean-up Saturday afternoon. Theresa McGoron volunteered to cook/serve the food and Carron Elser will be chairing the raffle. Patty Hadden, Anita Rudy and Kathy Downey will run the children's craft area.

b) Sharon Meyer presented the criteria for the FANS Bravo! Award. It was an impressive presentation! FANS hopes to award $250 to one boy and one girl from the current 8th grade class who have demonstrated through participation a dedication to the Arts and a desire to pursue further instruction and participation in high school. The interested students will be required to complete an application and review process. The winners will be determined by an Award Review Committee including faculty, administration and additional appropriate members. Sharon will present the criteria to Mrs. Margello for approval.

c) Polly Lacker painted a sample wall tile for the mural project. Mary will contact Kim Neltner about the details of furthering this project.

d1) By request of the Board, Randy will work on assembling a group of parents who show an interest in assuming responsibility of the multi-media set-up that Randy proposed at the prior meeting. The Board wants to ensure that its use in the future will justify the expense.

d2) Randy is still exploring the subject of a CD player. He hasn't found one he's happy with.

e) A motion was made to pay for pizza to treat a group of young people who will be singing at mass on "Palm Saturday" by Sharon Meyer. The motion was seconded by Theresa McGoron.

Motion to adjourn at 8:40 pm by Jerry Meyer, seconded by Amy Zust.

Next meeting scheduled - Monday, April 18, 2005, 7 pm, Faculty Lounge
