Old Business:

Karaoke Night was a huge success. We made approximately $800.00 so far with beer and pop returns still to come. Jerry suggests we continue with the Mardi Gras theme. Mike suggested holding the event a week earlier to eliminate conflicts of other parties. Sharon thinks pre-pay works very well and we should continue.

Marybeth is still working on the Concert Choir trip, awaiting approval from Mr. Cavanaugh. She has investigated a trip to Louisville that would cost each student approximately $300.00. This would include meals and everything. It was voted on and approved to give $50.00 per student making the trip from the FANS budget. There would also be several fund raising events to help cover costs. Some ideas are to have a Concert Choir Performance with a free will offering, also suggested by Randy to have a parents night out and show kids a movie and have snacks.

New Business:

Brenda is working on a Talent Night. She has several ideas but needs help. Mike and Beckie offered their services.

March meeting we will vote on officers. There is concern about the lack of participation from more parents. We need to figure a way to draw more people to support and participate in FANS.

At this point it does not look like there will be a Spring Program.
