Music Director's Report:

Mary Beth was not in attendance. No report in absentia.

Old/New Business:

Despite the bad weather, 23 new families showed up to this year's open house.

The spaghetti dinner went very well and so far the profit stands to be around $520. The success of the event was due to the huge effort of everyone involved.

We will not be hosting a donut Sunday this school year. The schedule is full, so we'll try again next year.

 

The 3rd annual Mother/Son - Father/Daughter winter dance will be held on February 21st.

Volunteers will be meeting after the 4:30 pm mass Saturday to set-up.

Plans are moving forward for the Spring Craft Show that will be held on 4/3 from 9 am - 1 pm.

Nicole shared details with the Board of the trip to Disney that members of the concert choir and instrumental ensemble will be experiencing May 20-23. A mandatory parent meeting for those wishing to make the trip will be held on 2/18.

The idea of a FANS music scholarship was proposed to the Board. This idea will be discussed more thoroughly in the future.
