Evening began with prayer in Church

Meeting Began at 7:40 p.m.

Members present:

Teresa Besl, Lisa Brackmann, Cindy Engelhardt, John Hadden, Kathy Humbert, Fr. John Kroeger, Bonnie Mack, Fran Vanarsdall-Schwartz, Vivian Wagner, Kathy Rothschild arrived at 8:40 and Tom Bove arrived at 8:50. Tim McManus was present for his presentation.

Minutes were approved with the exception of spelling corrections.

Deanery Meeting

John Hadden reported that the meeting was held at St. Clare Parish. The discussion was on "What will happen to the Church in the Future", "How will it affect the St. Margaret Mary Deanery of which we are a part. We can help the change or we can let the change happen to us.

New Business

Tim made a presentation about ISPD, The Institute of School And Parish Development. There was some discussion as to the benefits and if it was worth the expense.

Communication - There is a group that is getting together to work on the web site.

It was decided that we would place a paper and pencil in the pews to get opinion on parish strengths and challenges of the parish. These will go in the pew the third weekend of January.

Kathy Rothschild reported that they had gotten approval for networking and computer work to be done.

Reported that they were having a problem with keys for the facilities. People have them who shouldn't.

Asked about feedback from letter on Bill Lonneman's termination. Many thought that the letter was confusing. Did it solve any issue ? No. Did it bring closure? Yes. Many thought it was too little too late.
