I. John Hadden opened with prayer

II. Minutes were approved as amended in section regarding "What are you hearing". Motion by Vivian Wagner, second Dave Nichols.

III. Stewardship Update

 Card return pace is at approximately 80% of stewardship goal budgeted. Members of the committee are calling families who have not returned cards. 496 parish families have not pledged, 76 of those are school families.

IV. Darrin Roll - Education Commission President

Darrin presented the question to the PPC regarding who is in charge of school personnel as regards hiring and firing? Fr. Paul responded that Kathy draws up contracts, the Pastor signs contracts. The principal is their direct Supervisor and recommends hiring and firing to the Pastor

V. Special Guest - Anne and Bob Flick

Anne Flick, parishioner and school parent, addressed the PPC regarding her personal concerns for the future of the school. It is her opinion that the school has no vision, stressing her concern for the quality of education with teachers leaving and families who are talking about plans to leave. Parish Council requested that Anne provide them with suggested questions to review for inclusion in the upcoming parish survey. These questions could provide insight into the views of the teachers and parents in relation to the current state of the school.
