Meeting was opened with prayer in the chapel.

Joe Staneck did a brief update on Long Range Planning Committee report.

Suggestions: $1.00 was found and passed onto Kathy. $30,000of supplies was taken when the school was broken into 12-31-02. The staff is looking into having a security system installed.
