Job List - Reviewed sign-up sheet to determine if the few jobs with only 1 person signed up needed assistance. Relative to the Parish Picnic, Mike Ward was asked to do children's games the day of the picnic. The PTA had declined to do this in the past due to the picnic being so close to the start of school.

School Directories - Linda Ortman is nearly finished with updating the directory. It will then be sent out for printing.
C. PTA Dues - The question was raised as to whether the PTA dues should be increased for the 2005-2006 school year. The Board voted to keep the dues the same ($5), but agreed to add the statement "minimum donation $5" to the envelope.

It was decided that in May 2005, a letter will be sent to parents/families new to the school. This letter will welcome them to the St. Vivian family and provide the name of an individual that will be following up the letter with a phone call.
