Welcoming/Opening Prayer
Meeting was called to order, and opened with a prayer.
Secretary's Report
Meeting minutes for 9/17 were reviewed and approved.
Treasurer's Report
Account balance is $6,357.25. Total expenses are $3,600.62. Deposits $5,542.42.
Pastor's Report
Fr. Kroeger did not have a report.
Principal's Report
Picture retakes are on October 21st.We are still in need of a cafeteria monitor. October 24th is an early dismissal day.
Old Business
Innisbrook17 teachers took advantage of the buy one program. Total sales before internet sales is $21,800, down from last year. This gives the school $10,900 profit.
Zone Book
175 books so far have been sold. We discussed the possibility of a 1 for $25, 2 for $45 pricing strategy.
Pumpkin Carving Night
We are definitely proceeding with this event. Date is October 28th. 6:30-7:30. Lori will cover snacks, Anita Rudy will do drinks. Nancy will download patterns for carvers. Lori will put the event on Quicklets, and there will be another mailer in the Friday packets.
Pancake Breakfast
Heather Battdorf has agreed to chair. She is going to try to make it a Breakfast with Santa event.
School Directory
412 have been ordered, they should be in by end of October.
PTA newsletter
Jacque is doing a great job, and it so far has netted a Track and Field Day Chair - Heather Battdorf.
Market Day
We need to make sure people get called for reminders, many unclaimed orders at the September pick-up.
New Business
Everybody CountsHas been postponed to February. Karen Rutz will provide a date.
Field Trip Busses
Some of the teachers have questions regarding the cost. The rule of thumb per Jean Margello is each grade gets 2 busses per school year.
Playground
Bonita Brower & friends painted games on the playground and asked to be reimbursed for materials. Motion was passed. A discussion was started about getting playground equipment from the Campbells labels, but it was not resolved.
PTA General meeting
need ideas of what to do at the meeting, suggestions were Cinergy or Poison Control.

Thanksgiving Day Race
We got a request from Julie Isphording for the race again this year. We know that service hours are needed for 8th graders, and whomever on PTA would like to participate.
Booster Ads
BasketBall tournament ad ($150) was motioned and approved.
Candle sale
We were contacted again this year for the sale at conference time. We made $600 dollars last year, so it was motioned that we repeat it. Motion was passed.
Jingle Bell Shop
Changed date to December 10th and 11th this year.
