Welcoming/Opening Prayer
Meeting was called to order, and opened with a prayer.
Special Presentation
The Representative from The Poison Control Center gave a presentation as this was our yearly general meeting.
Secretary's Report
Meeting minutes for 2/18 were reviewed and approved.
Treasurer's Report
Account balance is $10,474.17. Total expenses for the year are $27,879.89. Deposits for the year are $38,354.06.
Pastor's Report
Fr. Kroeger was not in attendance.
Principal's Report
Registration for the 2004 - 5 school year is in full gear. She is giving many new family tours and is very positive about the student level for next year. She is advising that the finance committee has informed her that there will be a tuition increase next year, but is not sure what it will be.
Old Business
Walk-a-Thon - PTA will give each child a #1 key chain this year.PTA Officers for next year - Lori has replies from seven of the letters sent out last month. She will call the nominees that have not responded.
Lori presented the flier for the Moeller Greenhouse school program.
Innisbrook - A discussion on the pros and cons regarding the change to Sally Foster was brought to a vote, and the board approved the change to Sally Foster program for next school year.

No new business was discussed.
