C. Reading/Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting: No changes to 10/10/05 minutes (there was no November mtg.), but could not approve; not enough members present. Dan will get approval via e-mail.
D. Treasurer's Report: Brian Frey
1. Treasurer's report submitted and month end balance was approx. $33,000.
2. Northside Bank account almost totally closed out (just waiting on a few checks to clear). Interest on one month's account at 5/3rd already better than what we were getting at Northside.
3. Presented design for 2 rugs/mats that will be placed outside gym area from Cintas.

F. Reports from Sport Commissioners:
1. Girls Basketball - Dan Valerio; Tournament - Brian Hoffman
Dan Valerio: End of season banquet will be Sunday, 12/18, at 11:15 a.m.; will collect uniforms at that time. Has been difficult to schedule some events with whole parish/school and Parish Council suggested a 12 mo. rolling calendar to schedule all events as an answer. Details to be worked out.
Brian Hoffman: Had just under 40 teams in tournament. St. V won in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 8th grades. Tournament went well, no major complications. Netted approx. $3,000. Handed out t-shirts vs. trophies; everyone seemed to like that. Will try to get Applebee's next year to donate at same time for girls and boys tournaments; only did girls this year. It was too late for boys.
2. Boys Football - Steve Crawford; Punt, Pass & Kick Event - Dave Phillippi
Steve Crawford - Banquets (one for Reserve and one for Varsity) went well ; collected all uniforms except one. Some uniforms need to be repaired. Season went well. Pretty much guaranteed 4 games at home for next year; have good relationship with Finneytown. Suggested the idea of all coaches having insurance to protect themselves against any liabilities. Dan asked Steve to get further information and provide details/cost.
Dave Phillippi - No report.
3. Boys Basketball - Jim Haverland
Season underway and running well. Had to rent additional gym time from Landmark. Provided written report on recent tournament from Tom Kraemer. Went well, had big crowds. Biggest problem was working gate/concessions, same as last year. Lots of no-shows from parents scheduled to work. Need to figure out a way to handle this for next year. Dan offered his guidance to Martha Siegel on how he ran concessions/gate for girls tournament because he had no problems; Jim will follow-up. Next year is Tom's last year as tournament director. Need to find a replacement (one person or group of people) so they can shadow through next year with Tom. Tournament netted approx. $5,000.
4. Girls Volleyball - Beth Hurd: No report.

7. Boys Volleyball - Joan Eckart: No report.

4. 2005/2006 Project Updates:
A. Improved Communications - Vicki Murphy and Cheryl Asper
Cheryl Asper - Trying to have a consistent method of communication: Friday Notes, Quicklets, Church Bulletin and PSR kids. All communications should go through Cheryl.
B. Protecting Scoreboards: Jim Gantt and Jim Haverland
Jim Haverland - Still having issues with the scoreboards. Advising the coaches to turn off the circuit breakers after the games seems to be helping.
C. Sports Camps K-2 - Rozell Winters
Nothing organized yet; thinking of maybe doing some Sat. morning camps.
D. Communications to 2nd grade families - Dan Valerio
Sent notices out to 2nd grade families inviting them to attend games of 3rd grade girls basketball on 10/19/05. Not many showed; maybe need an incentive to get them to come out.
E. Booster Succession Plan - Dan Valerio/Brian Hoffman/Vicki Murphy
Need to get more parents involved and participating. Help do concessions and one other task. Dan is going to start recruiting for girls BB jobs.
H. New Business:
1. Family Pass for Winter Sports - Rob Wilking
No progress to report; still working out details (tabled until next school year due to start of winter sports).
2. Guidelines for how to handle splitting teams - Bob Veatch: No report.
3. Boys Basketball - Jim Haverland
Asked for increase in banquet fees.
4. Gym - Capital Improvement - Jim Haverland
For future, asking about possibility of replacing floor in gym with wooden floor.
