2. Scoreboard Advertising: Brian Eve to follow-up with Wesbanco and Coke.

3. Update on gym schedules with FHS: Finneytown AD asked us to submit our request for gym time for the fall sports.  Jim Gantt and Dan Valerio will work this issue off line.  The use of St. Francis gym was discussed.  The current spend is around $4M/year.  Jim Gantt will follow-up to see if contract can be reworked to eliminate Aug & Sept and keep Oct - March.  The fear is if will give up the gym time at St. Francis, the waiting list is long enough that we might not get it back.

4. Update & Clarification of Booster Constitution: The board reviewed the "revised" copy of the constitution. After a lengthy discussion, Dan Valerio proposed to repair the grammar, clarify the one vote per booster fee section, and move forward with adopting the constitution.

5. PSR & Non-school parishioner communications: Vicki Murphy will continue to work communication updates with Cheryl Asper.  Process seemed to work for Fall sport notifications.

6.  Clarify remaining term for Board Members: due to time restraints, board decided to work this in September.

7. Goals for 2005/2006: Board decided to work this at the September meeting.

8. Golf Outing was cancelled due to a lack of participation.  Turner Construction and Group Health Associates sponsored holes at $200.00 each and donated the money to the booster organization. The cancellation did cost the booster program $300.00 for the Hartwell reservation.  Mark Westerfeld will due a random poll of parishioners and come back to the board with recommendations for rescheduling.

H. New Business:

1. PP&K: Event will be held September 10th at Finneytown Football Stadium from 2 - 4 PM.  The board suggested Dave Phillppi contact Steve Crawford to work out all logistical items needed for the event including concessions, workers, and tables.

2. Child Decree was briefly discussed. Dan Valerio was the only Sports commissioner/coach present for the Fall sporting season.

3. Coaching Policies: The booster board will continue to follow the guidelines (not policies) established by past administrations of allowing the Sports Commissioners handle coaching assignments for their respected sports.  The board will consult on any conflicts at the commissioner's request.

4. Gate Fees: Gate fee's will be raised for all sporting events for the 2005 - 06 season.  The adult admission will be $2.00 with a Family max of $5.00.  The $0.50 fee for students.children will be eliminated.   Dan Valerio will take care of having the signs changed to reflect the new costs.

5.Entrance Mats & Mop heads from Cintas: Thanks to the support of parishioner Dan Rice, the boosters accepted a 40% decrease in the rental program for the mats and mop heads for the Activity Center. The St. Vivian Logo will also be added to the mats at no extra charge.  Dan Valerio will contact Tom Kraemer to obtain the logo to forward to Cintas.   The board voted to continue with the rental program at the reduced costs ($58.00 - $34.00/month)
